Shop now, pay later: It's a promise attracting many people for purchases large and small. Services like Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm are partnering with major retailers online and in stores — and we want to hear your experience with them.
Are you facing unexpected fees or finding financial benefit to delayed payments? Are you juggling multiple buy-now-pay-later installments for several purchases?
Sharing your story will help reporters understand how this new service is growing and affecting people. We will not publish your responses before contacting you.
Please fill out the form below and an NPR reporter or producer may contact you for an interview.
Your submission will be governed by our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. As the Privacy Policy says, we want you to be aware that there may be circumstances in which the exemptions provided under law for journalistic activities or freedom of expression may override privacy rights you might otherwise have.
